Returns & Refunds
Our company wants to make sure that all the customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products informing us via email and within forty eight (48) hours from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please write to us within two (2) days from the date of delivery to inform us about the intent of return and the reason. Also make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
- Must be unused, and unopened for hygienic reasons.
- Must have all disposable seals still attached and the disposable seal must still be intact;
- Must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories;
- Must be sent in its original packaging;
- Must be shipped back to us within two (2) days from the date of delivery;
- Must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order MUST be returned to us at the same time;
- Must be received by us within (7) days from authorisation otherwise the return will be rejected.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will be very happy to refund the value of the returned product(s). The return shipping costs must be satisfied by the customer. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by us from you. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said forty-eight hour period, you authorise provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.
Refunds are processed within approximately one (1) business day of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit /debit card used or two months in case of payment made by debit card. Please make sure that the date associated with such credit coincides with the date the original debit was made in order to avoid any interest charges on your account.

The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of his obligations which is caused by circumstances beyond his reasonable control. Save as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability arising in connection with the Buyer's order shall be limited to the price of the Goods. The Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer for any economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, goodwill or otherwise and whether direct, indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever. In the event that the Seller provided faulty goods but the fault is not notified to the Seller within 2 days the liability of the Seller shall be limited.
The order to which these Terms and Conditions relates is subject to the laws of England and Wales and any question arising in connection therewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
